I responded to a "survey request" on 07/06/17 and as a "reward" was offered the NeuLiftSkinCream and NeuLiftEyeSerum for only the shipping charges of $4.95 and $5.95. I ordered the product samples and gave them my credit card number to cover the shipping costs.
The samples were shipped and received some days later and remain unused by my wife. On 07/20/17 my bank ( BB&T) fraud unit contacted me regarding two charges to my credit card for $85.95 and $89.95. Both charges were made on the same date (07/20/17) and by the same company, NeuLiftSkinCream-NeuLiftEyeSerum.
I called the company on the same day of 07/20/17 and they informed me that I had not cancelled their contract within the 14 days and thusly, I was under contract with them for the above products and charges. They told me they didn't want to lose me as a customer ?, and they offered a 33% discount if I would not cancel. I refused and they then offered a 50% discount, which I again refused. I wanted all of my money back and I also cancelled my contract.
I feel that since I called on the 20th of July, that is within the 14 days and they should cancel my contract and refund my charges. I would be more than happy to return any product to them, including the now unwanted samples.
