This is the first negative comment I've read from a Vegas-based bottled water company... the majority of them are from the girly men in Phoenix who runs that inferior water company, but that's besides the point. I think you got a raw deal out of a company operated by poorly trained management. I don't know what area of town you live in and how safe it is, but during my time with a different competitor, I rarely had to deal with "stolen equipment". Usually it is left outside in an isolated area if the neighborhood is safe or in a gated community, or left indoors until the sales rep knocks on the door for the equipment. $43 for two bottles of water? That doesn't sound right at all. Tahoe Springs only charges $6.50 a bottle last I checked. In short, if you want to try a better company, try Tahoe Springs. Ask for Nina or Amir, and they will give you a better deal.
