new regal theatre selling bogus concert tickets chicago, Illinois
on november 12th i purchased tickets at the Regal theatre box office for a Smokey Robison concert for $194.00,that was suppose to take place on the 20th of November,the show was cancelled,the tickets were printed by ticketmaster,i contacted ticketmaster,and was told to take the tickets bact to the regal box office for a refund,I took the tickets back to the box office 11 times and everytime they tell me to come back at a later date,now they have closed the doors completely,I have than found out,that every show they had was cancelled and nobodys getting there money back.
