I think that Naive is a good choice of words. Some people have Principles and dont like to get Ripped Off. To some people this is a large amount of money. If the scammers are allowed to get away with it, who will they scam next and for how much? If it happened to you , you might think differently. Or is it that you work for them?
I am very pleased with my success in getting my money back, especially as I reside in another country

Maybe I'm just naive here, but it seems as if people complaining had exerted half as much time and effort in using what they taught, they would have made more than their investment back. I don't know, because I haven't purchased any of their products, and really don't know much about the company. Just seems funny for someone to spend 9 or 10 months chasing a refund for a few grand, when you can earn a lot more in that amount of time. $40k/yr is the average salary in the US, or $3,333 per month. I guess if you have tons of time on your hands, and no desire to work for money, then it makes sense.

I contacted many government bodies and trade associations but finally got a refund after contacting The Local Chamber of Commerce in Utah. Taffiti obviously did not like that. Good luck to any others who have been scammed, be persistant, do not give up, it took me about 9 months but was worth the effort

Further to my report regarding the company "Nick Marks" / "Tafiti"in USA, I have persisted in my claim for return of my money and contacted many bodies in the US including BBB - Better Business Bureau Dept of commerce- State of Utah Vice President - USA - at "The White House" ( Yes really!) The FBI National consumer league, Fraud center Federal Trade Commission ripoffreport.com I think that the local chamber of Commerce were the first to rattle their cage, followed by the BBB, I had a phone call from their director of operations( who had refused my bank a refund previously). He offered me other deals, then a 90% refund but I refused - and he then offered a full refund, much to my surprise. My persistence of 10 months has paid off. So if you are in a similar position, keep trying, explore all avenues, dont give up and dont take NO for an answer. Good luck

If you feel you have been defrauded, under regulation Z, you have the right to have the charges reversed. Contact your credit card company - let them know you have been defrauded. Insist they reverse the charges, cancel your current credit card and re-issue you a new card with a new number --- ~good luck ~Jennifer learntosucceed ~Porter, TX
