NISI USA Damaged Samsung family hub refrigerator Carrollton TX
Called Samsung due to the fact the tablet on the refrigerator stopped working. They sent NISI USA out to replace the tablet. The technician damaged our refrigerator door while doing this replacement. I called Samsung and they sent the same technician out to replace the door. He also damaged this door while installing. Called Samsung again and they told me that I needed to contact a supervisor to let them know the issue.
I’ve left numerous messages for a supervisor to call me no return calls and have stayed on hold 3-4 times calling in and they never answer the phone and hang up on me before I’m able to speak to anyone. Samsung needs to be made aware of the incompetence of this company. They should be shut down. Im not the first or the last person who has or will be screwed over by this company. Scam alert NISI USA
