Took my children to NitroSwim in Cedar park, TX and in case you do not know NitroSwim also has a location in Bee Caves, TX at 15506 D Hwy 71 W in Bee Cave, TX 78738.
The facts are NitroSwim will overcharge you, your credit card and then the owners wife, Tracy Koleber will try to debunk this and not refund you or your credit cards. Further, the coaches there are said to be bi-sexual, and possibly offenders. These people need to run background checks on who they hire to coach their swim teams. We wouldn't dare recommend one on one with ANY coach. If they handle their billing like they do their coaching then you see---its a doom scenario to begin with.
Tracy and Mike Koleber run 2 locations without dong proper background checks on really who they hire. These coaches are hands on with kids all day. Very sickening to know of this and this report is to inform NitroSwim is a bust from their billing managed by a moron, Tracy Koleber, to their coaching. Never seen a place that has a HIGH turn around on their coaching staff, and their front desk. We notice coaches were there one day and gone the next, we even saw Coach Meghan ran out crying and never see her again and now more Coaches leaving. Sometime you have to wonder about the Owner hiring process because it seem like he just pick up any warm body to fill in the slot so quickly.Possibly because Tracy and Mike Koleber can't handle their own business. Tracy Koleber is a scam and Mike Koleber doesn't care. Why should they? Made their money and now "who cares" is their motto and NitroSwim is GOING DOWNHILL.
