This was your rebuttal to my complaint:

We most certainly assure you that we are more than willing to have this matter immediately resolved for you. If you can please email the details of your account to [email protected], we would be more than happy to help rectify this matter to the best of our abilities.
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and we want to do whatever we can to make your experience shopping with Nomorerack as perfect as possible."
Here is my order number: 4125239. It should have all of the information you need in order to contact me. I want a full refund. You charged my card within 24 hours of the order, yet nothing has been received and I was given false shipping information. I want my refund within 72 hours, or I will file a fraud complaint with my financial institution, as well as pursue civil remedies.
