Alarm Pro - Norman Mugford is Lying, has been for years. Alarmpro is not best around. Norm Mugford is a Liar. Palm Coast Florida
It is very rare that a local company makes me SICK to my stomach.
It's also extremely rare that any company outright LIES to you, then gets CAUGHT in those lies, and CONTINUES lying, to avoid taking fault.
I'm still in shock over it all.
Eddie, the guy who did the work, shows up over 2 hours late (so already even staying very polite, I was upset). Crawls around in my attic for 10 minutes, drills four or five palm size holes in my walls, starts putting up BATTERY units at all of my windows.
Well for one thing, I told them I didn't want a "wireless transmitter" system. I simply don't trust them, and I have heard from other companies that RF jammers can jam the frequency, and a crook can be in and out, kill me, my dog, my son, take all my belongings, without anyone knowing!
Well, Mr. Eddie, aka, Mr. Lazy, Mr. I don't want to, Mr. I know so much I don't care what you want, decides it's too much work for him, and he installs what he wants to.
Well the next day, I have beeping here, beeping there, beeping out yonder, beeping right next to me, beeping while sleeping, beeping while eating, beeping while calling ALARMPRO.
Eddie comes back out, explains this:
"your windows are larger than they should be, and the transmitter is having a problem understanding. I'll need to replace all the batteries and add a new part, for $400".
Obviously, I immediately told him to get out, and I'll speak to his boss. Later finding out, his boss, is his father, NORM MUGFORD. After explaining what had just happened, NORMAN decides Ed, although clearly screwing up, is not at fault, and it's MY fault, for not measuring the windows... (can you say WOW?)
So by this time, I had figured out my dog , skillet, knows more about alarms than these people. So skillet said "call BRINKS". I called brinks, and the guy laughed as he ripped apart EDDIE MUGFORD's poor work. Whatever he did (I have no idea, I know as much about alarms as ALARMPRO PALM COAST-NOTHING), the problem was fixed within an hour...NOT ONLY THAT, but ALARMPRO refuses to give me any compensation or refund.
When I told Norm Mugford this isn't good business practice at all, he told me that if he finds out I told anyone about what they did to me, he'd sue me for slander.
WELL NORMAN, sue me for slander. I believe you are a LIAR and a SCUMBAG.
Your son is an IDIOT, and he should be working in a factory, where he doesn't have to THINK, or deal with customers.
I'm so unhappy with ALARMPRO PALM COAST that I will do EVERYTHING in my power to get the word out.
I to this day, can't believe what a lowlife this company truly is. They advertise like they care for their customers...Go ahead and hire them, you'll find out they're LIARS. LIARS!
Thanks ripoffreport.com, for allowing customers to EXPOSE a company like ALARMPRO PALM COAST, and exposing a scumbag, like NORMAN and EDDIE MUGFORD.

All the comments made by this individual are false. He is an x-employee of Alarmpro, Inc. He was terminated because he failed to disclose that he was a convicted felon on his employeee application. All his comments were made within the same week. A cease & desist order was issued to him by our attorney and a Police report filed with the local Sheriff.
