Complaint Review: North Dakota State Discrimination Report - Harvey North Dakota

I have been witness to the follow public corruption and discrimination since I came to Wells County North Dakota.

Please be warned before coming to North Dakota. Not only is the weather live threaten but the people many peoples I have met are also dangerous.

Just looking back at my civil rights and OSHA claims into the after mass of public corruption by government employees is what I am concerned about now. This is not a full statement.

OPTIONS PUBLIC SERVICES employee.

First I will start with Heather Everson employee of Options, an publice service for the indegent peoples of Wells Counnty ND. When I came to Harvey, ND, I got Heather Everson's personal home phone nubmer. Here husband worded for CPRR in Harvey, ND. Heather's creditors called every day. So I audio taped those calls but I didn't know it was her personal home phone number until much later.

IT IS LIFE THREATENING WEATHER IN NORTH DAKOTA. 

As a direct result of my civil rights claims and OSHA claims, which all settled out of court, I became indegent and in need of Options publice services. There were no flyers listed in the intire town anywhere while Heather Everson worked at Options. She made no attempt to put up flyers to help the very people needing her services. She did take time off to go to a police officer's funernal that was not related to her or her Sheriff husband.  I almost died because of her negligence.  Heather wanted a review of her services so here it is.

Heather Everson failed to do her job in the following areas,

1) It took me a month to get an appointment with Options in Harvey ND bacause Heather was out doing personal things not related to work or personal family berevment.

2) Heather allowed me to file for SS when she had previous knowedge which would cause me finacial hardship and know I was not elidgable for SS. Nor did she pursue my other options for filing SS disability. I could have waited. Now I have to have an expensive attorney. 

3) At the end of my rope, Heather repeatedly asked me, "Are you leaving?" "Are you leaving," "Are you leaving." How rude she was to me. I am not leaving, I repliced.

4) Why did I get Heather's personal home phone number when I moved into Harvey, HD. Who is Heather and what was her part in being so negligent with me and my life. I didn't know her.

5) Options moved Heather in Grand Forks, ND office. So if you live there before warned she does do her job.

6) The girl who took Heather Everson's job, also didn't extend to me the live extending imformation of a simi food truck that came into the area.

7) Heather was working on travel information when I came into her office. She denied me thiis information with Wells Sherition Disability Transprotation.

8) Heather had me give my personal information ot Vocational Rehabiitation Services of ND, Mike, sername unknown. Who was Mike. Did he even work for VR? He quit after he got all me medical and peresonal records, The reason I mention this is because at my pointment with Mike, Heather gave me a durty look and she was always very unfriendly.

For Vocation Rehabilitation Services employees.

Dian is the manare who was promoted after denying me services, She became rude and unable to preform her job. 

Mike, sername unknown, also took all my medical and personal information then quit. This is a concern just after and during civil rights discrimination claims with OSHA and EEOC/ND-DOL. I am seriously concerned about HIPPA law violations.

Over a year and Dian, Mike nor Wes have been able to help me find work or evey work up a program for me.

THIS LAST WEEK WES CALLED ME TO ASK ME TO WITHDRAW FROM VOCATIONAL REHABILITAION SERVICES.

All this started March of 2017. Now today Feb. 18, 2018, I found this article online where Wes Heinley has worked for Vocational Rehabilitation at least sence 2014 when this sex offender article was posted online.

Sex offenders can work but I can't?

CLOSING STATEMENT. I was witness to servere emotional neglect by the very people who are supose to be helping me.

LET ME MAKE THIS CLEAR. I HAVE HAD LITTLE TO NOT LIFE SUSTAINING HELP UNDER AND DURING MY CIVIL RIGHT CLAIMS INVALVING HEATHER EVERSON WHOSE HUSBAND'S EXEMPLOYER WAS CPRR. MY OSHA CLAIMS WHERE ALSO DURING THIS TIME.

MY EMPLOYER'S MANAGER SAID, "KILL THE B****." b***h meaning me. This was not part of any of my civil or OSHA claims.

WHY IS IT THAT THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT DOING THEIR JOBS?

If I died from these peoples emotional abuse, I want them heal accountable for their neglect.

OTHER DISCRIMAINTION BY HARVEY ND RESIDENTS.

About the peoples of Harvey ND. Perhaps some of you are good peoples but the ones I met during a crisis were not.

I needed my diabetic medication and the pharmacy cashier clerk asked like my card didn' work. She prevented me from obtaining my medications. There is only one pharmacy in town. All the employees became rude. I haven't been back there.

 When I went to the local clinic, I have been repeatedly denied standard medical care. I was denied my medical report for not disc space in my lower back for a entire year. The desk clerk said, "The insurance company didn't pay for it." I Called the insurnace company who said they did pay for it in full. Before that fell over and couldn't make it to the ER heance was denied medical attention.  I have experience the wrong diagnosis and the wrong medication. I have had to repeatedly go to Fargo or Bismarck or Minot to get standard medical care.  I was told, "i AM NOT DOING ANY TESTING ON YOU. YOU ARE ON WELFAIR AND SOMEONE ELSE HAS TO PAY FOR IT."  I have an extensive medical history which was never to date pulled or inquired about.  BE FORWARDED;  I was told I would died here before I got medical care.

I have been told repeatedly by miscellaneous people of Harvey ND, who didn't know, "I don't like outsiders." Then each continue to state that they hate American's.

I have been witness to the local males saying, "I don't like her so I'm getting her fired from Subway." I didn't know this young adult male nor was I able to find out who the females was he wanted fired BECAUSE HE IS HATEFUL!

It only takes a few to start a hate mobbing. Before long it is in all the churches. CPRR employees became the police, and mayor on police board, who failed to take my police report of theif of my home property deed, jewelry, medical records, EEOC agency claim evidence and damage to my vehicle. My tire was slased. 

ABC AGENCIES; CIVIL RIGHTS CLAIMS AND DISCRIMINATION.

The EEOC/NDDOL and OSHA don't do their jobs. Discrimination is passed by and women don't get to work while men get to work overtime.

..WARNING....WARNING....WARNING!....HATRED AND DISCRIMINATION IS ALLOW IN HARVEY ND.

WHAT HAPPENS TO THE INDEGENT PEOPLES OF HARVEY, ND WELLS COUNTY?  They get sommonds for jury duty and disappear for the community.  Some please help me and call me an attorney. 

I hope this helps someone so they don't have to suffer the indignent discrimation and intentional infrlecion of emotional duress I have experienced here in Wells County ND. after being run into my home without just cause.
