Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
County prison inmates subject to unsafe conditions relating to filth, including roach infested cells, paint peeling off of walls, electric outlet covers missing on outlets in cells, mildew growing on shower walls, meals are a pathetic serving which is put out by a company called Aramark, countless days and nights without heat in the winter months.

In regards to medical treatment, if the nurse missed you for your meds they would create such a problem with getting them, for instance I myself would need blood pressure medication and when they missed me because of lunch chow being called they would not come back even after the Correction Officers were notified. When requests were made for certain actions they were never answered or on a rare occassion were answered. For instance, several inmates were requesting certain documents or answers to questions relating to programs available or even just a request to speak to the chaplain, request slips were never answered.

The County Prison has a tendency to cover up situations when the State would come in to inspect the Prison because of inmate allegations and then would revert back to the way they want to run the prison. There are numerous lawsuits against the Northampton County Prison that are in litigation. The prison would try to intimidate inmates into taking a ridiculous settlement, and embarassment, for release from prison. Such lawsuits include, Corrections Officers attacking inmates, medical negligence, slipping and falling out of the showers, and unfair or unjustly acts against inmates.
