Northern Leasing Systems, Inc ripoff liars fraud harrassing s****.
We opened a small Beauty Shop in Lake City, Tn. a few years ago, after a couple of years we thought it would be of a service to our clients to accept Credit Cards, so we contacted Northern Leasing and they sent out a salesperson. He lied to us from the beginning. We were told we may cancel at any time which was a lie,we tried to cancel the next day and was told there was no cancellation policy with them. So we kept the equipment and used it for two years and paid them every month until we had to close the shop due to illness.
I called them at that time and explained to them what was going on and was told ok. I returned the equipment by registered mail. Now they tell me I must return their equipment plus I owe them $1770.00. This harrassament and threas have been gong on for years. This is just one of the latest {Unless you promptly make arrangements with us to pay outstanding balance, a licensed process server, constable or sheriff in your area will serve a summons and complaint upon you
