Around 3pm a sales person came to my door and offer a free carpet cleaning for one room. So I said ok. Next thing I know someone comes in with a Kirby vac and starts the demo.
2 1/2 hours later he was finished. He insisted on going to the bedroom so he can vacumn the bed. I said no, but he insisted it was part of his training. He kept asking me about my cats and dogs.
He also showed me how the vac could unscrew a light bulb. He broke off the light bulb in the socket and I had to get a pair of pliers so he could get the remaing light bulb out.
I kept telling him no I couldnt afford the vac. He kept asking me questions, was it because of bad credit or payments were to high? I even told him I didnt like the vac. He was persisted. Then his boss started in. Even offered the vac as low as 1000.00, but dont tell my neighbors. They even offered to talk to my husband. I told them my husband will tell them the same thing but not in a nice way.
At one point I told him he had to go, but he continued to shampoo my carpet. I finall had to tell them I had to be at work.
He didnt have any manners. Asked for a glass of water with ice. Didnt say please or thank you.
Finally, when I got him to pack his things up and leave. His parting remarks were " I hope you like living with all this dirt".
I told my husband what he said, so my husband tracked him down and gave him a piece of his mind.
I just hope they dont come back and rob us.
