Northwest Terrortial Mint, Was told that there would not be any problem with the delivery of my coins. Federal Way Washington
On September 15, 2015, found Northwest Terrorital Mint advertisement on the internet for the sale of silver one ounce rounds: stagecoach design. The price was more than fare. I had to wait 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. I paid over $5,100 for 390 one ounce rounds by bank certified check. The delivery date, at the latest, was to be November 15, 2015.
On November2, 2015, I contacted NWTM to make sure my delivery date was firm. I was told that there could be delays because of the large orders NWTM was filling. November 15, 2015 came and went and no delivery of the silver coins. I began to send emails every day to NWTM demanding to know when my coins would be delivered. I got the ususal response: large delivery volumes causing delays.
On November 18, 2015, Samatha Blizard, of NWTM, informs me of the clause in our agreement of a specific 30 day delay for delivery. I can now chose to sell my coins at the current price to NWTM. Or after the 30 day delay, I will get my money back in full. So, this is a scam by NWTM to use my money for 3 months without causing them a dime.
I have been recently searching the internet regarding complaints against NWTM. I found many other stories just like mind. Worse is that some of these individuals haven't receive a dime back after months pasted the 30 day delay time.
NWTM is probably have financial problems, much like several other precious metal dealers in the past, and devised this legal scam to acquire large sums of money from innocent buyers for months with costing them a dime.
I intend to wait my time and then take legal action against NWTM. Mean while I will keep posting the scam NWTM is operating.
