NORWEGIAN CRUISE LINE ripoff, lousy food, lousy service, buyer beware, worst cruise experience ever! WEST PALM BEACH Florida
I purchase a 7 day cruise on the Pride of Aloha, an NCL ship with an intinerary around the Hawaiian islands. Service was lousy! Food was lousy! Passengers waited in line to get into main restaurant from 2 to 3 hours. When finally seated, passengers were rewarded with mediocre to bad food, inexperience waiters (due to a labor dispute 200 employees had walked off the day before 2000 passengers arrived) replacement staff were inadequately trained.
Menu never changed in 7 days and they ran out of many items on the menu. Lines, Lines, Lines everywhere! Cabins were small and unattractive, no personal service! Shore excursions were over priced and fell below expectations once you got there.
Forget the cruise, fly to Maui or Honolulu and stay in a hotel and each day explore these 2 most beautiful islands. More bang for your buck this way. Norwegian cruise line was a BUST!!!! The treatment the passengers received were so bad that it was reported on the Local News, passengers passed around a petition decrying the shameful service and nauseating food! Buyer Beware!!!
