I work for a credit card dispute department. I suggest if you do not receive the credit to your Visa account that you get in contact with the dispute department. What I also recommend is to get the individuals name that advised you that the credit would be issued (Employee ID or Confirmation number would be great too). If possible maintain all records such as contracts/ Invoices/ Warranties/ Copy of Merchant Cancellation policy/ Date of Cancellation/ Any proof of cancellation. Call your Visa Credit Card providor and advise them of the circumstances and provide them the proof pertaining to your case and they should assure you the credit go throught to your account even if they do a chargeback to Norwegian and adjust all related fees and finance charges pertaining to the charge if you didn't make your payments in full GOOD JOB. GOOD LUCK.

After pestering them EVERY DAY for about two weeks they finally agreed to post a full credit to my Visa card! If it doesn't happen in 2 or 3 days I'll start calling again!
