Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I am sorry to say we too have been RIPPED OFF by NPMG. We were told we could "CANCEL" at anytime by our salesman!! The story is similar as the ones before me.

We were told the same story about JP Morgan/Chase Bank and about our CC machine being "Out of date" and they would have to use their machine with their programming for us to get the "Great" rate. We were going to have to lease/pay about $4,000.oo for a machine I knew we could 'BUY' for less than $500.oo.

We too had a perfectly fine machine that we use that does not use thermal paper as a print out receipt. (think fax machine) We insisted on a credit card machine that did not use thermal paper. Our salesman said NOOOO problem!

Sure enough, the wrong machine shows up. Our salesman then said they would have to make one up 'special' for us. He didn't say that the first time?? A new lease comes over the fax machine and it says "NON-CANCELABLE" from NPMG, Brandan Stojak. We say No.

By now we are talking to Brandon Stojak at NPMG. He says you can not cancel the machine. Processing yes, but not the machine. That's not what the salesman said! "Well he doesn't work for us anymore".

By this time we get a bill for processing from a company in Ownings Mills, MD called Global Payments. HUH??? For fees??? And we haven't even plugged in the machine yet!!

We were charged for a 'chargeback' of $25.oo??? Retrievel charge $10.oo ??? We received several bills like this without plugging in the machine. We were able to put a stop to it and retrieve most of our money back.

Now we receive phone calls constantly about the machine from another company in Chicago, IL called "Lease Finance Group, LLC". We were able to send the machine back to them thru trickery (UPS)and they accepted it. They don't care and just want their money also. They call and call.

I have recently filed a complaint with the State Attorney's Office in IL on Lease Finance Group,LLC. One is going in the mail tomorrow to the State Attorney in AZ. 6/8/06. On NPMG.

One of the reasons I did not state our salesman name in this declaration is that he is willing to go to court and state on our behalf why NPMG is a Rip-Off company and why.

Yes, we too have been put thru the wringer. If someone starts something, we would be happy to join!

Close your account and get a lawyer

Ok here is what you do first.

1. Close your business account and open another one at the bank. I told my bank that i had been scammed. Get the bank to write you a letter that they will not process anything through on your old account. Closing my account was a pain but worth it.

2. Send the machine back with a delivery confirmation. I took my original box that i got my machine and put it inside another box and shipped it back. Keep good records of all contracts and paperwork.

3. File a complaint with your state attourney general office. Most of them have a way you can do it online. The BBB was a waste of time in my opinion.

4. Go see a lawyer. Ask a friend to refer a good lawyer. For around $400.00 my problem has been solved. My lawyer clearly saw that both NPMG and LFG are scams. I cannot say anything more.

Good luck

PS i will be looking for a class action suit someday in the paper and i will join.

DO THE FOLLOWING :

Attorney General at Illinos wrote to CIT & CIT terminated the contract!!

We send a written complaint to the Attorney General at Illinos,Chicago Main Office

TTY: (312) 814-3374 \

Go to the website & printout the complaint form !!! In the complaint form specify that you wish to "terminate this fradulant contract by CIT & return the processing equipment without further charges to your company ".

Send your completed form by Certified mail! Plus fax!! cc: everyone, news media, AZ attorney gereneral etc.

So, write to the Attorney General's office in Illinos, Chicago. Document & write every details of the fraudes that you experienced with CIT. Every details including the many many calls & mean people that you had to deal with at
CIT! Any "threatening words" that CIT used make sure you write it down & document it in your letter to the Attorney General's office & the thousands of dollars that they want you to pay for!! Write everything down to the Attorney's General's office. It will take about 2weeks for a response.

Close your bank account, so they can't withdraw any more $ from your company!

Good Luck !!!!

Luckily you find this site as some did, a lot victims out there never know what to do to fight back.

Filing to all state General Attorney Office and FTC almost get you there, this company will settle before you even file your law suit.
You are in the right track, all communication with these company need to be on record (as registered mail record tape...).

Let them know what you do by update them when you get reply from that Office you are filing. C/C email when you send to any news media, online forum....

The lease you sign is totally legal, the only illegal part is non disclose the lease term and condition, misleading, promise verbally, these thing is not on record any where, but if you have more victim like you to be witness the case will be over.

Keep fighting as usual, it will be time and money lost, but if you do nothing it also a lost.
Try some way to find more people like you join in like support group, if you can do that, your case will be stronger. Remember unitedtofight.
