Ok here is what you do first.
1. Close your business account and open another one at the bank. I told my bank that i had been scammed. Get the bank to write you a letter that they will not process anything through on your old account. Closing my account was a pain but worth it.
2. Send the machine back with a delivery confirmation. I took my original box that i got my machine and put it inside another box and shipped it back. Keep good records of all contracts and paperwork.
3. File a complaint with your state attourney general office. Most of them have a way you can do it online. The BBB was a waste of time in my opinion.
4. Go see a lawyer. Ask a friend to refer a good lawyer. For around $400.00 my problem has been solved. My lawyer clearly saw that both NPMG and LFG are scams. I cannot say anything more.
Good luck
PS i will be looking for a class action suit someday in the paper and i will join.

Luckily you find this site as some did, a lot victims out there never know what to do to fight back.
Filing to all state General Attorney Office and FTC almost get you there, this company will settle before you even file your law suit.
You are in the right track, all communication with these company need to be on record (as registered mail record tape...).
Let them know what you do by update them when you get reply from that Office you are filing. C/C email when you send to any news media, online forum....
The lease you sign is totally legal, the only illegal part is non disclose the lease term and condition, misleading, promise verbally, these thing is not on record any where, but if you have more victim like you to be witness the case will be over.
Keep fighting as usual, it will be time and money lost, but if you do nothing it also a lost.
Try some way to find more people like you join in like support group, if you can do that, your case will be stronger. Remember unitedtofight.
