I contacted Nu Image Medical to inquire about their HCG injections. Being scammed before, Im a little paranoid about products. I had simple questions and I wanted answers. 99% of businesses are happy to answer them. Not this company! They are very rude, unprofessional and they avoid valid inquiries. The lady who responded to me, not only provided vague answers, but insulted me at the end of her email. I have attached the emails for all to read. Avoid this company like the plague!!!

it seems like the customer asking questions via email overreacted. NuMedical responded appropriately.
When you really want details, like the questions you asked, it’s best to pick up the phone and call.

I was referred to NuImage through an HCG Forum that I found to be profoundly reputable. I did not attempt to investigate the company or ask any questions based on the reputation and information I was provided with by the online resource.
I have purchased 3 rounds of 42 day injections over the past two years and I have sucessfully lost all the weight i needed to with the injections. I am currently on my final round.
Customer service has been easy to reach when i needed to modify my order or had questions about mixing or the program.
I just wanted to share my experience so that others are not concerned about the ONE negative report that seemed to be mainly about a trust issue. NuImage has always been professional and provided fast and effective medications.

I purchased HCG from Nu Image Medical and the found them to be exactly as they said. The product works as they advertised and promised and Dr Mike did an excellent job on reviewing my medical history during his examination.

I am a new patient of NuImage Medical. I have been using their produxt for a good 3wks now and love it!
What really surprised me is how AMAZING they are with customer service. In fact, i remember telling myself they are probably sick of hearing from me and all my questions, but sure enough, every email was responded to immediatly. Online chat option was flawless, and they overnighted my package to me with no extra charge. On top of all of that, i was SO EXCITED to get my product i called in 2 days advance and asked if they could take a post dated check which they did with no issue. I honestly havent seen customer service with such excellence as this. For me to actually take time out of my life to support a company that impressed me means alot. This is one out of 3 reviews i have ever wrote online about companies in my 31yrs!

Good Day.
The above mentioned individual contacted our office via phone first, asking many odd questions that most did not make sense, so the call was tranfered to my office. No voicemail was left, although we called the individual back by the caller ID and received his voicemail.
Shortly after, we obtained his email request through our support desk. The email asked many questions that do not pertain to our program or products, and included invalid statements, which later was excused by the invidual as being his phone's auto correct, hence our statement of unrealistic questions.
He did however completely omit our response which is:

In 11 years, just image has never received a complaint. Our customer service and medical staff's attention to patient care is above no other in this industry.
Futher more, this person was never a patient of ours, so how could they be RippedOff? Just because they misunderstood an answer to an email or didnt like the answer?
Its quite disheartening that people who do through such lengths when they have never even been rippedoff.
I hope this is not just another sneaky competitors way of doing business.
