This company offered free samples of their product for $5.99. I placed an order for the free sample only. One month later my account was billed for $94.57 and $89.47. I did not order any more items from them but was billed anyway and have not received anything from them. I don't know how to make this stop. They no longer have any contact information on the web. This is horrible and I cannot believe people would stoop so low.

You did authorize the charges. You ordered a "free trail" of the product for handling and shipping. However, the terms state that if you don't cancel within a certain timeframe (usually 14 days from order) then you agree to pay full cost for the item and to receive a shipment each month at full cost.
If you contact your bank, they should be able to give you the contact phone number of the company. If you cancel, get a confirmation number and be sure to write it down and keep it. I'd suggest contacting your bank and telling them that you lost your card and want a new one with a completely different number. This will keep the company from being to process any further charges.
