Complaint Review: NU-WAY REAL ESTATE - DYNAMIC SOLUTIONS AND SYSTEMS - englewood Colorado

Well I can honestly say I have wanted to post something for some time now about Dynamic Solutions and Systems. I also worked for Dynamic Solutions and Systems as well. Dynamic Solutions and Systems is a complete SCAM. They lie not only to their clients (or should we call these people the poor people that got suckered into their "program") but to their employees as well. Dynamic Solutions and Systems have no intentions of purchasing a property and splitting the profit with you...HECK they can't even purchase one if they wanted to!! Dynamic Solutions and Systems can't pay their employees and their payroll has been back owed for over a year now. Dynamic Solutions and Systems lost their office building on 180 E hampden Ave in Englewood to foreclosure. They are working in a small office space now where the long distance phone service was recently shut down. The owners (Frank and Patricia Laudano) of Dynamic Solutions and Systems own personal property is in foreclosure. Sale date is scheduled for 4/28/10. This is public records people (Arapahoe County). Check them out before dealing with Dynamic Solutions and Systems!! They lie, cheat and steal from hard working people. It makes me sick! I am ashamed that I worked for Dynamic Solutions and Systems, I was so happy when I left. It was like a weight lifted off me. In the beginning I thought it was a reputable company. Oh how wrong I was. Once these people use you up and you have nothing left to offer them they toss you out and are done with you. They are so far in debt, it amazes me that they are still somehow scraping by....and I do mean scraping. The owner (Frank) of Dynamic Solutions and Systems is a liar and a thief. Once he gets your credit card number he will run it with or without your permission (sometimes he runs it twice or several times) and you will never see that money again. Dynamic Solutions and Systems have had several PayPal/merchant accounts closed or frozen on them due to complaints of unauthorized transactions and refund requests (which are never refunded). Take Dynamic Solutions and Systems to court to get your promised refund back and get a judgment, doesn't matter. They won't pay the judgment and you will still be out your hard earned money! Frank steals checks from his partners office which he has a stamp of her signature to sign them with. He then writes checks out for $1500-2000 dollars worth and sends employees of dynamic solutions and systems out to check cashing places to cash them...once they have the cash they call the bank and place a stop payment on those checks! This was how he paid his people, giving them $50 bucks or so for the weekend, cause he "has a big deal hitting Tuesday and you'll get your money then". Yeah RIGHT!! Same story every week. Again I strongly advise anyone being contacted by dynamic solutions and systems to stay as far away as possible. I feel very sorry for the people that are still employed (working for free) there as well as the people they suckered into their program. Makes me SICK to my stomach! AKA NU WAY and DSS.
