Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Nu Way Real Estate has provided me with one of the worst experiences of my life. I have finally come to realize that I have wasted $5,500 on a bogus program, from people who have zero qualifications, but would like to present themselves as "experts".

The training that you are paying for is just plain bad. You will learn next to nothing of consequence, they basically want you to look in the paper for properties in pre foreclosure of people who have a great deal of equity in their homes. These type of properties are rare, and when one does come availalbe, Nu-Way will react far to slow to beat the hundreds of local investors who will beat you to the punch.

I have submitted 14 properties to these people. They have made offers o four of my proposals. The first one, they were slow in getting the ontract back to me, and we were beat out by another offer. The other three proposals, were offers that were insanely below a reasonable price, and the sellers literally did not take them seriousl, and refused to even counter offer.

In my experience, it has taken anywhere from two weeks to a month for them to make a decision on a property. It usually takes them a week to sign and return a contract when they do decide to make an offer. The type of red hot real estate deals that they want to engage in, never last on the market long enough to fit into the snail pace that they move on property submissions.

They take your money, and they have no motivation to buy any properties. There really is very little incentive, and they will take no risk whatsoever. Despite being told that as long as I continue to submit properties that I would never be kciked out of the program, I got a letter this last week saying that this was my last month in the program. I have 14 property submissions, but because I have complained about their poor effort and communication, they are now going to take my money and run.

I would love to become part of a class action suit against this horrible company. If there are other people out there that are looking to unite we need to get together and save others from wasting money with these scoundrels.

I called JK Harris today. They told me that they dont do anything but Tax work involved with the IRS. Please, I need to for after Nu Way, and any help I can get would really be appreciated. I would love to be part of a class action suit.

Look up JK Harris and see how the victorious class action lawsuit helped the 58,000 victims....

maybe you have learned: That if you want to deal in distressed high-equity properties then you will have to do so on your own. If you have already found 14 potential deals then maybe you have a talent for this endeavor. I suspect your friends at "Nu-Way" can make plenty of bucks if they always charge $5500 training fees. Look at the JK Harris suit covering 58,000 victims: What if 58,000 people pay "Nu-Way" a $5500 training fee, each. That is $319 MILLION! Then why should "Nu-Way" bother with any 'risky' real estate deals? I can see no reason... do you?
