Nu-Way Real Estate "No-Way" Real Estate: Deceptive Real Estate scheme Englewood Colorado
I entered into what I thought was a legitimate agreement with a reputable company in 2004. I paid them a $5000 fee to take their course with the agreement they would buy the distressed property I chose and I would later sell this particular property at a 25% mark-up than the original purchase price.I found several properties I did market analysises on,took picures of, figuring cost repairs and estimates of supplies needed to fix up the property.
Every property I submitted with all the required information they asked for was turned down.(Which was several.)After almost 2 years of their noncompliance on their promise,I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and didn't contact them again. Nothing was ever done.
I hope you don't make as costly an error in judgement with this company as I.

Dana: I also filed a complaint with the B.B.B. I contacted the Colorado Attorney Generals office and he assured me that if he got one more complaint on them he would open an investigation. Please contact the A.G.'s office and help put these scum bags in jail. I'm a disabled Veteran and i really couldn't afford to loose the money. Please help me stop them so they don't keep doing this to other unfortunate people. L Rowe Iowa
