We had stayed at the hotel for the past 3 years including February 2018 with a service animal.  Nugget Casino Hotel is registered as "PET FRIENDLY" at Expediate.com, Booking.com, Hotel.com, Trivago.com and all other websites, also confirmed by telephone accepting "SERVICE ANIMAL" with proper documentation for the past 3 years.

But when we arrived the frontdesk clerk and manager told us to GET OUT OF THE HOTEL, when using the lobby computer to find a place to stay we were told TO BE REMOVED BY POLICE IF NOT GETTING OUT INSTANTLY.

My son is DISABLED IN A WHEELCHAIR.  We had no place to go in the area driving 4 hours from home to the hotel.  Throughout the whole time the frontdesk clerk told us that she was the MANAGER AND NO ONE ABOVE HER TO MAKE DECISION.  Later the frontdesk manager showed up who told us that she was the HOTEL MANAGER MAKING DECISION FOR THE WHOLE HOTEL AND NO ONE ABOVE HER.  Throughout the whole time the security guard was threatening us to GET OUT OF THE HOTEL or be REMOVED BY THE POLICE.

Our service dog is registered with the U.S. Registry as "SERVICE ANIMAL" with ID and certificate and doctor verification of my son's disability.  The Nugget Casino Hotel had accepted all the proper documents for the past 3 years, then, LYING THAT IT DOES NOT ACCEPT SERVICE ANIMAL AND FORCIBLY REMOVED US.  It is against the law to discriminate and harass the DISABLED with SERVICE ANIMAL.

Read so many complaints, about this hotel. All of them are true, and if you complain, they send up a military man, to tell you, if you complain anymore, about thick dust coming thru ac vents, causings

Do not book a reservation, unless you want to be changing rooms, have poor service, like inhaling dust and smoke and then be threatened to be thrown out. Evryone is a manager and with an attitude. Read further, they were fined for laundering money

We had stayed at the hotel for the past 3 years including Feb 2018 with our service animal providing support to CALM DEPRESSION, ANXIETY AND POST TRAUMATIC DISTRESS with U.S. Registration and certificate, also doctor verification of my son's disabilities.  Nugget Casino Hotel accepted all proper documentations for the past 3 years but NOT ON 3/27/2018. 

The frontdesk clerk told us that our service animal is not a qualified ADA service animal and denied our confirmed 7 days reservation.  When asked for a manager, the clerk claimed to be the manager and no one above her.  We insisted to speak with a manager the frontdesk clerk called security guards to forcibly remove us.  A frontdesk manager finally showed up denied our confirmed 7 days reservation with all proper documentations and our call in advance for CONFIRMED ACCEPTANCE OF SERVICE ANIMAL.  When asked for a hotel manager, the frontdesk manager told us there was no one above her that she was IN CHARGED OF THE WHOLE HOTEL MAKING ALL DECISIONS OF THE HOTEL.

Nugget Casino Hotel lied in our face that our service animal is NOT AN ADA SERVICE ANIMAL after we had stayed at the hotel for 3 years with proper documentations, Nugget security guard forcibly removed us after we drove 4 hours with 7 days confirmed reservation, threatened to call police to remove us when we looked for a place to stay at the lobby computer.

My son is in a wheelchair and it is against the law to DISCRIMINATE AND HARASS DISABLED WITH SERVICE ANIMAL!!

If you have stayed at that hotel over the last 3 years with a Service Animal, why would you call them this time in advance to see if a Service Animal was allowed? Especially since you seem to be aware of laws that says a Hotel can't deny you based on a "Service Animal".

Then you really want us to belive that you entered the hotel, went to the front desk to check in and the first words out of the Manager's mouth was "Get Out".

Seems like you left out a few things here.  So what is the full story.
