NYS And Suffolk County Child Support Enforcement Bureau Worst than a loan shark Bellport, New York
I am filing this report due to the fact that Suffolk County and New York State Child Support Bureau has been and still is forceing me to pay what they are saying is child support do to the fact my wife need help for a while. I had no problem when they contacted me with agreeing to pay back the money they say they laid out to help her. The main Word here is Help! Not Child Support, Let it be known the this is not for child support again. My wife and I have been together for all of our 35 years having three children together which I supported and raised together with her. Meaning they leaved with my wife and myself their entirer life untill being old enough to be on their own. This meaning, I am not a Dead Beat Dad and do not owe Child Support. I started paying back the money the said I owed sending it to them personaly. After I started working for a company on the books they Garnishered my wages . I had no problem with this. Thinking that it would be payed off quicker and I could get on with my Life. They had the company that I worked for take 75.00 a week out of my pay check for about 15 months plus tax returns. I thought this was the end of It.
Here I am 10 years later and they are telling me and taking me to court for none payment because the company never sent them many many weeks, months of the money taken out of my pay check. They are telling me I am still Liable for this money that was taken out of my pay checks but never sent to them. This was a court ordered garnisher. Why did they what so long to tell me and why didn't they ask the company right away were this money was and why they were not getting it. With all the years of interest and the money they have received thay still want three times the original amount and have taken my drivers licence also. I do not think I should have to pay this money again for their incompatance. Due to the fact it was so long ago the company is out of business and I have and can't get any prof of they amount taken from me. I'ved payed for it once allready. I should not have to pay again and with all the interest they want.
The biggest and unbeivably the stupidest thing the State and County due, is to suspend a persons licence so they have no way of getting to a job and maybe loss their job because of this, then expect you to pay them the money they might owe. The stupidity in our goverment offices is just unbeliveable. The sad thing is these people are in charge. I hope someone one in our goverment offices reads this and is some what intelligant enough to wake up the stupid people and ask them why they make such stupid and incompatent rules that make it harder on the person who has to and is tring to pay and hard for the County or State to collect this money when a person can not work because of their rules. (taken their licence so they can't work,there for not being able to pay them) Do the people in our goverment offices think this money will just appear or fall out of the sky for the people who owe them so they can get paid? Hope this report doesn't fall on deaf EARS!

There is something that is just not right about this report. The agency just does not call someone up someday that has lived with his wife and children the whole time and say "btw you owe her money". That makes no sense, and there is more to this story. Were you ever seperated? Did you or your wife ever have food stamps, welfare? Like I said, much more to this story than what is portrayed here.
