Judy sold me one of her OK Corral pony party miniature horses on July 20, 2015. He was suppose to be a six year old gelding 30 inches. As I was riding in the minivan taking him home, I looked back and saw signs he wasn't a gelding. I texted her about it and she said he was gelding. I was in the honeymoon phase and texted her back and said it was no problem. I planned to use him as an emotional support animal. But, after the reality kicked in and and the stallion like behavior started with my children. I realized I had a problem on my hands. After owning him for two days my vet confirmed two intact testicles along with an age of four years old, his eyes had conjunctivitis and the pony was full of LICE! I contacted Judy to return him and she said all sales are final. She said the lice came from me. We only had him TWO DAYS. The vet said that is impossible for that many lice to come in two days. There were established nits. I contacted Judy to at least pay for the geld. She refused.

I yelped about it and she has had them removed from Yelp.  She doesn't respond to my accusations as I have proof from my vet.

Additionally she didn't respond when I reported her to the Better Business Bureau.

My company has never had any business with this woman what so ever. She has tried through PayPal, Yelp and several other reputable sites to extort money from me. They all removed her posts and banned her from posting any more. She found this site which is very little better. This site requires $2200. To "mediate". This woman goes by several different names, Sammie M & Joan Clothier are a couple. I doubt either are her real name, as she is clearly middle eastern, wearing traditional Muslim garb. When I sold her the horse, I asked her if she wanted to have a vet check, she declined. I have it in writing that she didn't care if he was a stallion and that she kept him in her HOUSE! Most vets will not state a horses age by teeth. Usually if the horse is younger, that's a good thing. There is no proof that her vet bill was even for this horse. She admits to buyers remorse, most likely because it was not a good idea to let the horse ride around in her mini van and live in her house. Beware of doing any business with this woman! To sum things up, she should have had a vet check before purchasing, as is traditional and customary in this area.
