Why does your wife not speak english? English is the official language of this country. I would not expect english written documentation if I moved to Cuba, Mexico or Spain so how did the dealership take advantage of you in this situation? If you live here learn the language or don't mingle in the english speaking communities.

Carlos, I work in the Automotive industry in Naples, and what they did to you is illegal. If your wife speaks only spanish, they have to provide certain documents in spanish, not all of them but some of them. Also, do you have any of the original paperwork that you signed? If they changed banks on you you would have had to have sign the new bank contract as well, I'm assuming you and your wife on the car? If you could respond back with answers to these questions maybe I could help you with this... 1. Did you have a trade in, and if you did, did you owe any money on it? 2. Are you and your wife both on this new contract? And did you both sign the new contract? 3. Do you still have the original paperwork stating the orignal terms of 10,900 with your signature and his? 4. On the new contract where the dealer signed is there anything that is checked that says "with" or "with out" recourse...and which one is it? I think what they did to you is wrong...hopefully there is something you can do to help yourself out of this situation!!
