stole our paychecks wont give us our w2s doing 1099 us for our overtime gave us a lease verbally threatened us harrassed us and i couldnt get no justice from magistrate not even a restraing order no money no nothing the all this started over retaliation i asked for copies of my rent receipts and 6 paystubs i never got with a paycheck hours i rightfully worked and he put us in a apt with mold
Verbally threatened to be physically moved out by owners son 5 day notice made to leave on 3 day by a virginia beach police officer who when i told him i have a lease said he didnt care we were trespassing now we are homeless with 3 kids and family animals had to go to animal control now facing adoption or euthanization we are torn because of it wont give us our w2s and is doing 1099 us on our overtime wont give us our last paychecks
