OCEAN STATE PAVING AND ROOFING RIPOFF! Poor work, disappearing act. West Warwick, Providence, North Kingston, Pawtucket, Rhode Island
This company tells you everything you want to hear and then does the complete opposite. they promised a beautiful driveway that will last for many years, instead i got a driveway that is falling apart after less than a month!
The asphalt they put down was not at proper temperature so it did not bind properly. The last half of the driveway is literally crumbling away. the owner "Mike" said it was more than hot enough. He also said he was going to put down a 3 inch layer of tar and its less than 1.5 inches in most spots. There are weeds actually growing up through the new asphalt! all of this wouldn't be a problem if the owners phone number wasn't disconnected. Company does not return messages left with their answering service. The owner said the driveway comes with a 1 yr guarantee. kinda of hard to get "gaurantee work" done when the company disappears.
I did all the checking on this company. looked at BBB and all. no bad info on them. Until now.
