I have written on many occasion and was the first of reporters in November 2001 to express my problems with Ocwen Bank. I saw only 4 others beside me and figure that this was the place to express my frustration. I am not a very good writer and can't use my spell checker here but after reading reports I was ready to do some words.

Ocwen Bank has not only picked on me I soon discovered as more people joined. They went up until the last day in February to give me a Number that would Satisfy this Most stressfull event in our lifes.$8,977.43.was the number they picked as it took almost two weeks and 20 phone calls from a Company Called Cal Western Reconveyence who was to sell my home at auction February 27th 2002.

I decided not to mail the Money as I remember another report were a payoff was mailed into Ocwen and was cashed but never was given credit and was still foreclosed on.I drove to San Deigo and went inside, and paid and had a hand written receipt for 8,977.43 for what they could not answer.I made it clear and they agreed that this home would not go to sale on the 27th and this was to satisfy this Evil Deed.

I really don't think they ever expected that I would come up with the Money. My Father gave me 6900.00 and I had the balance. This is almost one year of payments. I had no choice or they would sell my home. Even after I showed proof of the mistake.I would like to describe what this reconveyence Company was like but I am out of time. I will and you won't believe it. These guys were wierd. OK Gota go.

Ocwen Bank assigned a firm called Cal Western Reconnveyence to forclose on my home. They are located in San Deigo,Ca.Don't you think for one minute that I am mistaking on anything surrounding my Loan.I delivered a check to Cal Western and they forwarded the check to Ocwen Bank. I took no chances as they were going to sale my home not Ocwen.Even though they were aware of Ocwens dealings they were to proceed full steam ahead and Sale my home.Had I personally Overnighted the funds Ocwen they would have somehow denied ever getting the money and this firm in San Deigo would have sold my home.I decided to make them fully resposible for receiving the money and therefore accoutable.Again don't you ever a*s-Sume anything about me and my dealing with this Evil company. OK first off I am an employee of Ocwen. Personally if you think they are screwed up on the outside, boy then you dont want to see the inside. The whole place is unorganized and nobody is on the same page.

As an employee I know its very fustrating for you borrowers because tis even more fustrating to us employess who have no real way of helping a borrower.

Everything is done via e-mail there and that is if it gets done. Anyways.. i wanted to comment on the person who stated that he drove to San Diego and "went inside" First off, we do not have a walk in branch in San Diego. We have a payment lock box in Los Angeles. The only branch that we do have is in FT. Lee, NJ or so We have been told.

I think what this person said is incorrect. Secondly as far as payments not getting there in enough time. We actually have another company called Fiserve who actaully posts our payments for us and then we get a report in Orlanod and then our cashering department posts the payments. To this day I still do not know why it takes os long for a payment to post. I have learned one thing from working from this company and when I do get my next mortgage I will make sure that the transfering right are never assigned to Ocwen
