I became employed by Ocwen on march 2001, and previously had experience in the banking industry I had never seen such an unprofessional management at Ocwen.

Since i first started working there i found that they are all about promises but never follow through. Let me tell you my super experience with a supervisor from hell.

I was constanly harras by this supervisor in the collection dept 30 plus you should know who she is they called her lucifer, that's how goog she is and still is, this person had several complaints from employees and customers and other team leaders about her attitude and treatment to other people.

She still works there and nobody has done anything about her. she is a very vicious person and likes to create stories to her people.

I am a single mom and I was in her team too, and from the first time she saw me, she started giving me a lot of problems she never sat down to help me or gave me any advice about my work.

I let her know from the beginning that I didn't have anybody to take care of my kids when they were sick because their father didn't want to help.

Also she knew I had a lot of court dates because of my ex-husband for mediation, she knew what i was going through her words were(we will work on it when the time comes, don't worry about it i will help you).

She never kept her word, on March 2002, she called me in the office with another supervisor telling me that she is giving me a warning because i was taking too many unexcused days.

Every time I requested days off she said she would,then she counted the days as pto excused time off, I always provided her with doctors excused and court hearings dates and after all this she will still counted as an unexcused pto.

I know that she had favoritism with other people that came in late every day and were never at their desk, but she didn't do anything because we know that after work hours they would party together drinking and dancing as friends,

rules are meant to be for every one in the workplace not special treatment for the ones that she hang out with her.

This to me is very disgusting and unprofessional.

In May of 2002, a co-worker of mine told me to watch out because she heard her supervisor talking with this person to please fire me after being moved to her team.

She was convincing her to fire me because of absences, but I concluded that she is retaliating against me because in May of 2002, she called the manager of our collection dept 30 plus and she didn't tell him what it was about.

My manager asked me what happen, I explained to him everything about my situation with schedules,and my children.

The reason why I previously went to him is because she didn't want to moved a day of work for one hour so that i could be able to assist in my son's kindergarden teachers meeting day.

He asked her why she couldn't change an hour so that i can leave and hour early and it was because she didn't want to lose her bonus for the month. (talk about caring )

She was very upset in May because everything back fired on her. Her boss told me he was going to change my schedule, from 8:30 to 5:30 so I can go pick up my children early, no working weekends because of day care also on fridays work until 3:00pm.

I agreed because I was very sad with the situation. she never took the time to help me , instead she was trying to get me fire.

He said I was a good worker and he knew I had a good attitude towards my work, eventhough i was going through a lot.

He sd I am going to help you Carmen don't worry, and I worked for a month and a half with no problems and was always on time.

But in june 10, 2002, my new supervisor influenced by her, called me to human resources to fire me because I used too many unexcused sick days.

I didn't say anything because I was expecting this since she was mad that her boss let her down by helping me, but that's not all.

after 3 months of taking unemployment benefits they are saying that i had a problem with misconduct, which i don't understand where they are getting this information, the alleged that i broke company policies for taking unplanned pto days.

But how sarcastic is this on my last check that I received dated 6/21/02 had overtime paid 14.25 hrs and (pto paid 15.08 hrs), HELLO! how stupid this people are didn't she sd that I didn't have no more unplaned pto ?

These people are a bunch of liars the only person decent there is my ex-manager , the only person that really care about my situation and I am very thankful for all he did for me and my children.

I am still unemployed trying to find a job but unfortunately companies are laying off instead of hiring.

But guess what? now Ocwen wants to cancel my benefits because they can pay all the employees that Ocwen keeps firing.

What really happens is, that this company is moving to India by december and they want to save money, also they have so many law suits from customers because of their treatment and rip-off practices.

They have over 1.5 billion in recovery, and that's why they want to save money by lying to the unemployment office and putting complaints about employees that worked for them and want to get away with it because we are in Florida. (no way Jose!)

We have rights and any employee whose not working there or have had any situation similar or a situation with ocwen please contact me for a complaint with EEOC, and have them investigate and hopefully make them pay for pain and suffering they have cause to our families.

Thank you for your time, but I am very frustrated. I know how the customers feel about Ocwen now. It is true because i experienced it on my own, (imagine you think that if they don't care about customers, you think they care about employees, not really)))).

My biggest concern is, if they do end up bankrupt (which I sincerly hope is the case), what happens to our loans? They have dug me into such a hole, I can't see daylight and no one will touch my loan. Isn't it true that if they go bankrupt and start selling their assets, all the bogus paper they own, can't it just be sold to another evil that may just pick up where these assholes have left off?

Dear Ocwen Past & Present Employees Posting to this site: This is the plaintiff in the $1.5 billion putative-class lawsuit pending in Connecticut. Basically, I have read with interest all the posts by each and every "ex-employee of Ocwen" or "current employee with inside info". While I understand from your posts that you feel Ocwen may have treated you shabbily or unfairly as an employee, and while some of you have revealed titilating tidbits in your comments here, WHAT WILL REALLY HELP EVERYBODY, INCLUDING WHISTLEBLOWING EMPLOYEES, IS SWORN STATEMENTS DETAILING WHAT WRONGDOING OF CONSUMERS YOU OBSERVED (AND/OR MAYBE EVEN HELPED CARRY OUT). Our lawsuit is alive and well, and I am extremely confident (this from a lawyer not given to much hyperbole) that---yes, Ocwen, you are reading this correctly---we shall overcome. But, whether you work for "MOSS" or for "OCWEN" or used to work for either entity, your post here is helpful but not very effective in terms of seeing JUSTICE done. We have had at least one brave present or past worker send us a sworn statement, which we have promptly submitted to the JUDGE, safe from prying eyes. To this day, Ocwen is still hunting hard to find out who has said what and when, even as it keeps crunching out the informant(s) paycheck(s). I'm not too sure I'm following this Fred. It seems to me that you may have some "ethics" problems, (which is not surprising since you have just admitted that you are an Ocwen employee.) I grow weary of the "insider information" that gives me NOTHING that I do not already know. What can I possibly glean from learning that Ocwen may or may not be moving it's operations to India? How will this help me as a consumer? Not one "insider" has actually given us a phone number or an address, or a persons name to contact at Ocwen to help us resolve our disputes better. I see no revelations in: "Ocwen may have to file bankruptcy.." Comments like these are disparaging, and make it APPEAR that Ocwen is too big for us lowly consumers. SO WHAT if Ocwen is "forced" to file bankruptcy! Those of us that have joined in on the lawsuit, would love nothing better than to see this dragon slayed! While I am skeptical of your "inside information", most of it is due to the fact that none of it revealed anything pertinent that can help me. Could you actually "reveal" something that may help us?

HELLO!! I have posted here recently and accidentally used my full name, but I do not care anymore. I am a supervisor in the BK dept of what used to be Mafia Codilis (Moss). We are now Ocwen employees. I am sure Moss got smart and did not want to ride Ocwen down into Ch. 11. As that is where Ocwen is headed, if not on the national news to follow suit with Enron. After my last posting, I realized what I did and called a meeting with the upper brass to try to get them to believe it wasnt me. Luckily, I got them to believe it was an employee in the FC dept. They just got rid of that person. But, I am tired of this and do not care if the upper management knows that was infect me that posted the last posting in regards to all foreclosure sales being invalid due to the fact that EVERY affidavit that was executed was illegally notarized, thus invalidating every single foreclosure sale. So, if you lost your house in fc sale, get a copy of the affidavits used and you will soon realize that they were not singed in the presence of a notary. Once Ocwen is forced to pay off every home owner that they illegally took a house from, the Ch.11 will come flying; about as fast as Margie and Teresa used to come running to the drive through windows of there previous management positions; Taco Bell and McDonalds respectively. It is common knowledge in the Orlando location amongst all the depts. that the upper Ocwen management in West Palm Beach has little to no business management training, education, experience or overall aptitude. It is quite amusing to see one of the afore mentioned individuals running a meeting on conference call and a few of the managers in the LRC or FC dept sit and roll their eyes and the preponderance of ignorance. Sometimes, the managers in Orlando have to actually hit the mute button on the conference call to keep the West Palm management from hearing everyone laugh out loud at their ridiculous management directives or ideas. HEY, LETS MOVE 80% OF OPERATIONS TO INDIA. That was a good one!! We still laugh about that one. Of course that has fallen on its face, along with the new computer system that was supposed to be up and running almost 6 months ago, etc. etc. etc. There are actually on going bets in Orlando as to the reasons these idiots got to the positions they have and how they have kept them due to all of the embarrassing performance they have show time and time again. Well, now I have to think of another good reason to explain why this was not me that posted. Shouldnt be too hard, considering the level of intelligence of those I must convince.

Hello, I am a current employee of Moss Codilis, the law firm that works for Ocwen, in the bankruptcy department in Orlando. I am tired of all of the illegal activities of Ocwen. I can't begin to tell you how many of the complaints you have listed here standard procedures at Ocwen are.

Ocwen believes in "playing the odds" Meaning, it hopes out of every 10 houses they illegally foreclose on, (they are illegal because all of the affidavits Ocwen/Moss use in the court to proceed with the sale, are invalid because they are NEVER signed in the presence of a notary.

Actually, Ocwen encourages us to use pre signed documents that we attach any paper work to we fell like, and then they are sent to an employee to notarize all at once to save time.

So, anyone that is in foreclosure, or has already lost their home, get an atty to subpoena the documents and most of the time you will see that the signor, usually Teresa Bratcher or Margie Rotundo, are in West Palm Beach, but the notary is in Orlando. How is that Mr. Bill Erby????

Anyone happen to check Ocwen's stock price lately??? 52 weeks ago it was about 9 dollars a share. Last week it closed less than 3 dollars a share.

The move of 80% of operations to India is crashing and burning just as we all suspected. It is a feeble attempt by Ocwen to be considered an international corp. to be out of the reach of US courts. It won't work guys. The only thing it will succeed in is running Ocwen into ch.11 that much quicker.

Ocwen should be releasing its 3rd quarter earnings soon. I wonder if they will be able to top last quarter's 50 million loss. You know, if Ocwen is incorporated in Florida, and they show losses for 3 years consecutively, they will be dissolved as a corp. in the state and be considered a hobby. Yea, that sounds about right. Hey guys, maybe they will run them selves out of business and you won't have to wait on the courts to shut them down.

Question Mr. Erby and Mr. Moss:

Why did all employees just recently have to sign confidentiality agreements??? Getting scared what information we all have given to the courts??? TOO LATE. It was all given out before we signed those unenforceable agreements. Why unenforceable??? They were all singed under duress. Well, I gotta get going, Magnum P.I. is on. Have a nice day!!
