OCWEN FEDERAL BANK UNDER CONTRACT I HAVE MONEY EVERY MONTH GOING INTO ESCROW TO PAY MY HOME OWNERS THEY REFUSED TO PAY rip-off scam con artists LOS ANGELES California
I contacted OCWEN today 1-14-03 to find out why my homeowners insurance had not been paid. i was told that they only were to pay real estate tax. i have my contract and i am paying $46.00 a month to be paid for insurance.
i had to go pay my own insurance because they threatened to deduct over $900 if i did not so they could pay for my insurance. i sent a copy of my contract which states part of the escrow that i am paying to be for insurance to the Vice Pres Scott Conrahson 1-407-737-6239. when i called customer service where i was transfered to the dead line repeatly because i asked for a supervisor.
i was told by one rep that they do this because they don't want to answer the questions that i asked. i also noticed that there are several other people that have been ripped off by this bank.
