I have my own attorney for the things that Ocwen is doing to me. He has already been up against them in court twice in the past few years. He is not afraid to do it again. When I sent my last payment (Certified) there was a letter attached from my attorney. A few days later all the bogus fees they were trying to add to my account suddenly disappeared. And believe it or not, my payment was posted the same day and my check cleared the bank. However, I'm not letting my guard down. I feel like they will start back up with me in a few months. If not sooner. I just don't understand how they can keep getting away with the things they do. I wish you look........

Currently, there are over 28,000 law suits pending against Ocwen. There were at one time about 12 class actions suits pending in various states many of which, have since been combined into a MDL class action suit. Just don't expect too much from any of the class actions. Because if you do you're most likely in for one big disappointment. From what I have seen in the past few years the plaintiffs usually get next to nothing for all their troubles. Just my own opinion.

If there are any class action lawsuits against Ocwen, please let me know. I want to be involved. I have been ripped off and cheated by them to no end. They need to have action taken against them. I have been reading all of the rip off reports, but some of them were a few years old. Are there any recent lawsuits?

By the way, has anyone else had dealings with "Foreclosure Solutions?" They contacted us almost immediately after OCWEN first attempted to foreclose on us. We gave them $975.00 to "help" us negotiate a solution to foreclosure. They did absolutely nothing with our money but file one continuance. They never even looked over our forebearance agreement and told us to sign it. They are a law firm located in Cincinnati, OH and possible somewhere in Kentucky. After OCWEN secretly filed foreclosure against us again recently, they were on the phone calling us to "help" again. I have the suspicion that Foreclosure Solutions aka Foreclosure Help aka We Can Help, are all one company owned and operated by OCWEN or some affiliate of same. Let me know if you've also been ripped off by these companies.
