I am here to let everyone who has ever been in a rough spot in their lives , if you have "Ocwen" as your mirage company "do not , I repeat DO NOT" expect help from them . Especially if they're offering you a remodifaction loan on your mortgage . I was disabled and fighting for my SSD and made them fully aware of the situation that was going on, at that time I was 2 months behind on my payments so we set up a repayment plan, I was able to complete 3 of the 6 that was set up and then once my hot water tank took a crap in November of that year I had to replace it "I HAVE CHILDREN" so I called to let them know what was going on and to make matters worse during all of this there was a string of vandalizing kids around in the neiborhood that threw a brick through my front bay window as well to make everything oh so much better. We'll needless to say I had called "Ocwen" and they sounded all polite and said well here's a option we can do since your the homeowner to help you out we can offer you a remodifaction on you home loan which will make your payment cheaper and allow a couple to few months for your first payment due and we will mail you the packet out for me to fill out and return to them which I did. Well once around 4 months rolled around I started calling them to see how things was going and word for word from them was "IT IS BEING PROCESSED OR IT IS IN FINAL STAGES OF PROCESSING" so in my mind I thought everything was going well and things was going to work out, well I never herd back from them and I started calling 2-3 times a month only to hear from them "THE SAME THING STATED ABOVE" well here I am just over a year into this and walk outside to collect my mail and see on my door a eviction notice to my surprise . So I called back to "OCWEN" and they told me that the property was foreclosed on back when they told me that they was working on that remod on the home loan for me. Now here I am a "Disabled man with a wife whom is also disable with MS WITH 2 children" and a sickly mother n law living in a home that has been mine for the "LAST 10+YEARS" that can't move the stuff out of a 2 story home even if I tried too. This company come to find out "ISN'T EVEN REGISTED WITH THE (BBB)." Wow is all I can say, how can a Home lending Company in today's day and age "NOT" be registered with them, How can our government allow this to even be able to happen to the people of this country the people who most of their lives paid TAXES faithfully to them. Let alone let them give the consumers the run around about their Homes??? I am just in " UDDER DISBELEIF" with EVER ASPECT OF THIS WHOLE SITUATION!!! If anyone can help me , they've already put my home up for auction and I have to go for eviction court 7-18-16 , I could really use help in saving my home of the past 10+ years really really need some help please!!!!!!!?????? Anyone please???!!!!
