Gather up all documents including proof of insurance and that this was provided to Ocwen along with proof of payment history. Turn this over to a forensics accountant who will certify your account is not delinquent. Then go to a lawyer with this information and sue them for the overages on your account, lawyer's fees, and other fees and punitive damages. Don't bother reasoning with them. You've got to get their attention.
