Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC Ocwen refuses to accept monthly mortgage payments due to GMAC data base screw-up. Pheonix AZ
Called Ocwen when I did not recieve my monthly payment coupon and was told that my mortgage was discharged in bankruptcy, which is false. I was also told that I would have to file a reaffermation statement with Ocwen before they would accept my payment. Upon further investigaion I learned that Ocwen as of August 2013 uploand GMAC servicer data base and it caused all homeowners who ever filed a Bk to be coded as discharged, so Ocwen cannot and will not send a statement because they have not fixed the problem since August and have not taken a measures to warn the customers it services aboujt the problem or correct it. We need a class action based upon massive consumer fraud.

You need to go the Ocwen website and create the new account. Use your loan number and you will set up your login and password. I almost freaked when it said load closed. They updated to a new system and the GMAC data was not stored I guess. But I created the account and it worked fine. Hope this helps.
