Ocwen loan servicing company's advertising that they help homeowners keep their home by doing loan modification is a lie. I have applied for this loan modification from the very first time in 2010 and was told by HUD that I qualify. I submitted all  papers to Ocwen and was told I have the wrong modification papers that I need to use Ocwen in house loan application then I was told I don't qualify to anything and that if I can't afford the house payments that I am free to leave the house and they can foreclose on it.

I reapply again after the new loan modification from Pres. Obama was passed in June of 2012 and was told again that I should qualify. Ocwen then asked for more and more papers to be sent to them and after 3 to 4 months (loan modification only takes 30 days) of applying and reapplying and keep on making mortgage payments I was again told that I don't qualify due to the fact that I am not delayed in making payments and in not at risk of loosing my house. I was told by the people of making your house more affordable that you can qualify for loan modification based on your income and house payment ratio even if you haven't miss any payments. They also informed me that you can qualify if due to financial hardship but according to ocwen you have to miss payments to qualify. They then advice me that maybe I should miss some payments but then again they will start the process of foreclosure due to delayed payments or non payment.

Ocwen doesn't follow govt guidelines. They added the back payments and increase my interest rate while I was on the process of a bankruptcy and also process foreclosure at the same time. This is not  what it said in HUD guidelines.

Ocwen does not honor separation as hardship so even if you have been separated for 3-4 years and lives 5,000 miles away from each other Ocwen doesn't recognize that as hardship.

Not only this Ocwen didn't even report to all the credit agencies that I have been making my house payments so my credit score didn't even show any improvement due to the fact that Ocwen does not even show on my credit report and I was told they only report to credit companies only if you are delinquent.

So if somebody opens up a class action lawsuit against ocwen please include me
