I totally agree about the cust svc! I, too, have had MANY phone calls that were handled by foreign speaking people. They all claim to not understand my problem. This has been going on for over a year now! I had a loan mod from Litton. After skipping the next pmt as per the mod, I rcve notice from Ocwen I'm in default & entire loan amt is due, + thoussnds in late fees, atty fees, etc. Many phone calls later, faxed copies of the mod docs, they claim to never get them. I'm forced to file a bankruptcy to stop the sale. Somehow, they find a "copy that was lost" & tell me I never acptd the agreement w/Litton. This was a done deal!!! They want to try to do a new loan mod & will get back to me. Numerous calls over many months later, it still is being workd oattyn. No word from them ln this whatsoever. Now, I rcve a ltr from foreclosure atty stating I have 0 days to rspnd to foreclosure notice. I do,.via certified mail. Copies of everything sent. No word from Ocwen as to sale date. I rcve ltr from atty group advertising bankruptcy svc & it states sale date is 11/5/13. This is 13 days from the date of 30 day ltr from foreclosure atty! I now must look at filing bankruptcy to stop the sale again ! try to get Ocwen to look into my loan mod. I'm on SSI disability & very ill health. My income is very limited. Why do I have to go thru this again when I had a loan mod from Litton in the first place?!? I'm filing a complaint w/the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. I'm filing w/the Presidents office in Washington. HELP! I need someone who speaks English to help stop this company from taking my home! LET'S ALL CONTACT THE OCC! THERE IS POWER IN NUMBERS! AMERICAN & PROUD OF IT!!!!

I just got sent to this company they said my escrow was to low and took my payment up. I am also on a fixed mortgage I argued with them but didn't get any where. This company needs to be stopped. I sent my payment in this month they waited till the 30 days to call and tell me they didn't get it. They told me I had to make a payment so I had to cone up with an additional 1300 dollars till I can get my money orders tracked.

Your sarcastic and rude comments to the homeowner are totally ridiculous! The homeowner has been put in the position by a dishonest mortgage company of a strong possibility of having their home foreclosed on and their credit rating destroyed. They have a legitimate complaint and are trying to warn other homeowners of Ocwen's unfair and illegal loan practices. The homeowner's monthly payment has been dishonestly over-inflated.
I currently have a mortgage loan that was first owned by AHMSI (headquarters is India) then changed to Homeward Mortgage for FIVE MONTHS and is now owned by OCWEN effective April 2013. My mortgage payment has been increased $160.00 per month. I have been also told that the increase is a result of the Escrow account. My taxes and insurance have not increased recently, so there is no legal explanation for the monthly house payment increase. I have called several times about the payment increase. Every time I call, I get the run around and have been lied to.
This homeowner is NOT a RACIST. The majority of the customer representatives from AHMSI, HOMEWARD and OCWEN are from India. It is almost impossible to understand what these people are saying when I have talked them personally. A lot of Americans do not know that they have legal the right to request to be transferred to an individual who speaks English clearly.
SHAME ON YOU for making fun of this concerned homeowner. The same thing is happening to me and I totally understand their concern. I have owned my home for over 20 years and have over $200K equity. I know these crooked mortgage companies would love to STEAL my home from me. AHMSI tried to foreclose and I fought them and will continue to fight them. I hope this homeowner contacts their state agencies who will stop the illegal practices of these fraudulant mortgage companies. They are nothing but thieves and vultures!

Yeah, when mortgages get transferred, it always seems to result in a mess.
I know what you're going through and I know the steps to help you get it resolved. It's not a fun situation and it takes a little work to get things fixed but it's doable.
Too bad you got such a problem with Germans and Indians though. If you weren't a racist, I'd be happy to help you.
Anyway, have fun going through your foreclosure! I hope you enjoy your ruined credit and new apartment living lifestyle.
