OCWEN LOAN SERVICING OCWEN THE SCAM MORTGAGE COMPANY WANTS ALL OF OUR HOMES CAROL STREAM Illinois
THEY WANT YOUR HOME AND WILL DO EVERYTHING TO MAKE THAT HAPPEN. THEY BOUGHT OUR LOAN TWO YEARS AGO AND ITS BEEN HELL EVER SINCE.
Their customer service is in INDIA and they are rude, misquote facts and will tell you your home loan is something it is not. THEIR OMSBUDMAN advocates that are supposed to be neutral and mediate are for OCWEN SOLELY and will nothing to help you
They bought our loan and said that the impounds were not in our contract when it clearly was WE HAVE A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL HUD, so we kept making the payments per our original contract. OCWEN let our home owners insurance cancel and after fighting with them, THEY PAID TOO MUCH leaving a deficiet for our property taxes. After they found their mistake per their 3 YEAR PROJECTION they were going to within 30 days up our house payment by $500.00 a month, so we had to jump through hoops to have the PITI removed.
We called Ocwen this last week and told them we just couldnt afford our house payments anymore, what can they do for us, what can they work out with us per their site they will try to keep you in your home... NNNOOOOTTT
PER MOHAMMAD AND MASRAT, THE TWO WE TALKED TO, THEY WONT DO A THING, PAY YOUR MONTHLY MORTGAGE OR WE FORECLOSE. BOTTOM LINE THAT IS IT.
OCWEN WINS, WE FILE BANKRUPTCY AT THE END OF THIS MONTH AND WALK FROM A HOME WE HAVE HAD FOR 11 YEARS
THEY WILL GET YOUR HOME, WHEN AND WHERE ????????? BUT MAKE NO MISTAKE THEY WILL GET YOUR HOME
