My family and I desperately need your help. Because of lack of work we fell behind on our mortgage and was sent some Foreclosure Papers. I called Ocwen, our mortgage company to let them know that we would like to keep our home. To make a long story short, they let us apply for their, "Home Affordable Modification Program". On an email dated Nov 16, 2009, from the office of the Ocwen's****.>

Why modify fraud especially with Ocwen?

Ocwen has a very bad track record.  In Texas they went after a $31,000 mortgage and ended up paying the homeowner 11.2 million in damages.  There is help in the form of a certified forensic mortgage audit.  It's not a question of if there was fraud, it's ocwen, but how much fraud.  Since a crime may have been committed the evidence will be in the paper work and that is where the audit will come from.
The company that can provide this is Endless Fraud Detection, just add a dot com and you will be at their website.  They can provide the audit, and all the litigation support paper work. The audit and litigation support paper work are verified and created by lawyers for lawyers.  Once you hand the litigation support paper to your lawyer watch his eye brows as he will wonder where you got such a beautiful document.  Once the audit is complete either a RESPA letter will be created asking for more information from the mortgage company.  If that is not needed then a letter of rescission will be created asking for all money back.  Then add the amount of the fines to the amount returned and if it is more than the cost of the house they owe you a check.  If not then you renegotiate the difference for a really low interest rate.  Now this time since you have already shown them you know how to check their paper work they will do it right.  If you have to do a renegotiation make sure they do not sneak convoluted wording in the contract where you can not sue again if you find fraud again.  They might be sneaky like that.  The "Obama Plan" has such language in it as they are trying to cover up the fraud that has been done to this country.  Never give away a right, especially the right to sue.
Now if you end up being forced out of the house and there was fraud in the contract damages could be triple as now you have suffered a loss.  They can go back up to 3 years and audit a foreclosure.  Also never get rid of any of you legal documents from anything.  You never know when you will need them again.
This company even has a radio show with a link at the top of the home page.  On the link to the rule of law radio network their Dec 17 show is with a client that is in the rescission process.  He had 17 violations, 11 of  which are rescindable but it only takes one.  Now lets take this country back one home at a time.
