Hello: I am a lady who first started saying we need to file a lawsuit against this RICO Bank . What they did to me was allow another individual to buy my home without my consent. This was rental property I own. This man only had lent me some money. My property was worth $71,000.00. Now, Ocwen Federal Bank filed a fake reposeesion on me and this man never paid this loan off. What he has since did is sold this property to a Franklin Mortgage Company. He sold this property in February 2, 2003 for $81,000.00. He alos had rent the house for over a year on section 8 and this was allowed after I tried to tell every one I did not sell my home to him. This is the way Ocwen works. Now, this crook has gotten away with this illegal act and this was big theft committed against me. What Ocwen did was allowed this man to pay the notes in my name without my permission and once he got a buyer he sold my home. He had put a code on the account that Ocwen refused to talk with me. Then I get a tax statement for a very large interest to file on my tax which I didn't do. That would have been a set up when I spoke with the IRS who told me that. Please have faith we will over come. This home was only a balance of about 28,000.00.

In my case the eviction and foreclosure was a "House SCAM". We were harassed and threaten out of the house, so a neighbor could get the house for sec.8 free house program. Thanks HUD!!!Missing/stolen mail was the major problem. I don't want to see anyone else fall victim to SCAM's. Here is a url that will explain how the SCAM works and what to do and not to do. Hope it helps! http://www.foreclosurefreedom.com/custom/index.cfm?ID=4046

Thank you for replying to my question of Ocwen's ID# ...I am not sticking up of Ocwen. But there is No way the 1099A I received after the eviction and foreclosure is legal. I'm sure Ocwen if they sent this to me would know their ID# and the placement of the numbers. That is not the only mistake! There is a $20,000 error, and the address it was sent to was the foreclosed boarded up house from a year before! Also the mailing zip code does Not match that of Ocwen. Guess this is in the IRS hands now! Looks like both Ocwen and I were the victims of a other Fraud! We are both the losers! Can I request that Ocwen submitt me documents of my old foreclosed house? I know our documents are not going to match! Thanks for reading..I was told that the events surrounding the house were a "SHAM"

Does Ocwen still have a office in NJ? That is where I sent atleast 5 payments in 1998. The money orders were cashed and the account was not credited. Is the office of Attny General of NJ investigating Ocwen? I know CA was investigating, OAG in FL was not! Any updates? If anyone received a 1099 from Ocwen, could you please tell me what the Ocwen employer ID# is?

First I was not served, second it is thousands of dollars above the amount that is due. Also since the house was foreclosed on no money was deducted from the Judgement. I wrote to the judge in the past and asked that the judgement be investigated for fraud. Any other advise? This is preventing me from renting a apartment/house. Also anyone ever hear of the team "Credit Rat"?

I don't understand this serious matter, of Ocwen not wanting to sell a forclosed house. The buyer knows about the settlement damage and was willing to rebuild and bring the house up to code. That is if the rest of the neighbors would do the same to their properties. The buyer Can Not purchase this property if there is a LARGE Judgement that sits on the city court records. I don't know if I should believe Ocwen reps. when they stated, that they did not know about the judgement! Well it is there! All Ocwen has to do is search Phila Court Records. The ball is in Ocwen's court, if they don't sell it, they would risk the house falling and killing someone! Seem to me that if that happened then there would be many more lawsuits and fines against Ocwen! It has been over three years now since you foreclosed and the house is listing in the front and rear, Ten times worse then it was, when the city issued a warning in 1999. That warning gave 30 days to repair or remove the house!
