Office Depot Did not honor rebate Indian Harbor Beach Florida
I bought a Dell desktop for $360.00 that had a $50.00 rebate on purchases over $300.00. I paid for it with an Office Depot credit card. I received a letter from OD rebate department stating my purchase didn't qualify because it wasn't over $300.00, the last four digits of my credit card wasn't on the invoice, your request is for an invalid Office Depot personal credit card account. I took my credit card statement and the letter in to the local store and they were trying to find the problem, they asked for my receipt and I told them I couldn't find it, they immediately handed my paper work back to me, said we can't help you and they turned and walked away.
