After working with Ohio Exterminating for a year or more with a bug problem at a 3 unit apartment building. There is the still a bug problem, can not tell any difference except in one unit and the tenant started treating the unit with over the counter products. Two of the units were not very clean and I did need to be diligent on the tenants top clean and get rid of furniture.
I called Ohio Exterminating Co andcomplained and asked for the sales rep that was mentioned on the invoice, Jim Watts. I complained about the office staff never getting the calls and addresse and treatment correct. They admitted there were problems. Said they would fix it, and just charge for the product and spraying.l That happened one time.
I called today 2/15/2016 and was told Linda was busy, said I'd wait, 3as told she was too busy and Jim was to call me back. It's been over 3 montsh and I'm still waiting for Jim to call me back. Linda just avoided me.
Last time I talked to Linda she insisted I had service in December and I did not. she was wrong and then was too get all the calls and invoices together so we could talk intelligently. Never happened.
Still have bugs and paid over $1000.00
