okaycash aka Universal Payment Company ripoff Failed to return money back Internet White Plains New York
In November of this year I have recently open two accounts using Okaycash, to purchase and item from a company. After the money was place into the account. The company stated they were not going to use okaycash anymore do to problems dealing with the company. I then request through the okaycash web site to transfer the money back to my checking account over three weeks ago. As of this time the company okaycash has not transferred the money back nor have returned any of my phone calls, due to that you can not contact the company be cause all you ever get is a message to leave a message and okaycash will get back to you ASAP, well I haven have left over 25 message from work and home and have received any call back whatsoever, also I had e-mailed the company on separate occasions and still no reply to any of the e-mails I have sent. I attempted to contact White Plains New York to find any info on the company. White plains has no info on company nor does the better business bureau. Through my own contacts I was able to find that the company is not out of New York which they claim to be rather out Honolulu Hawaii, and do not go by Universal Payment Co or Okaycash which they claim to be on there website. But there actual company name is Pacific Group Holdings rm 103 6700 Kalanianaole Hwy. If anyone has had any problems with this company please e-mail me or gotten any results from Okaycash also e-mail me
