In December 2012 my husband and I loaned Olivia C. Torres $6600.00, which we were advised that funds were for assisting with down payment on a loan for an investment property. The loan was to be repaid in full by December 31, 2012. She repaid $1000.00 in December 2012, leaving a balance of $5600.00, which as of this complaint has not been repaid.
Due to our ignorance and naive trust in this individual, we failed to obtain anything in writing and per Torres’s excuses; funds were rendered in cash rather than check, leaving no paper trail. After a current Google search of Olivia C. Torres, search of public legal action information, and comments on “Find the Company,” reveal similar practices by this individual.
Consumers please take extreme caution before considering entering into any business transactions with Olivia C. Torres listed as Director and Nicole Gamble, President of First Choice Marketing and Business Consultants, Inc. 501 Cedar Rd., Chesapeake, VA 23322.
