I had a slow running computer back in June, I researched some computer repair companies in my area & found On-Site Computer Repair company.  A technician name Stephen came out & cleaned up my computer.  I was billed for $71, which I had no problem with.

After only 2 months, my computer is running slow as it was before & I was having windows popping up everytime I clicked on a website.  I called On-Site again & discussed the issue with the owner, Robert.  Thinking he should have possibly scheduled my repair with some type of discount since it'd only been 2 months since they worked on my computer, nope!  He said I would be billed $96, I went ahead & scheduled the service again.

On 8/11/14 a technician named Norm came out to do a clean up on my computer.  He worked on it awhile, it was discovered there was a couple viruses on the computer.  He cleaned them off & afterwards my computer, all programs & printers were running fine. At that point I was satisfied & he billed me $96 for the minimum 1 hour. Then on his own, he went on to download some Norton Anti-virus program through Comcast...it completely crashed my computer, all of it's programs & my computer would NOT reboot at all!

He worked on the computer another 5 hours or so & knew there was no hope!  He said that I needed to go buy another computer or have Windows reinstalled, which would cost nearly as much as buying another computer.  At this point, I didn't think I was obligated to pay any other charges since I didn't ask for that program to be installed...especially when I already had an Anti-Virus program on my computer. He put me on the phone with the owner, Robert, who said the reinstallment was going to cost me $250.  So, Norm began reinstalling Windows & said he would have to come back the next day to complete the process.

He came back the next day & after a couple more hours, was able to get all of my saved programs reinstalled.  He wrote me an invoice for another $300 on top of the $96 that I had already paid...saying that the time he put into the repair & with his boss's cut he would lose money!  Keep in mind, the previous day the boss said $250. He said that this also included some club within their company that got me 25% off future computer repairs.  We argued over this awhile, but being in business myself, I just wanted my computer working & the technician out, so I paid the bill against my better judgement, so I could get on with my business. He left & came back a couple hours at my closing time, saying he forgot to download something on my computer. The next day I came into work & went to print some documents & my printer did NOT work.

I called the owner, Robert, the next day & told him about the problem I was having with my printer & he walked me through the process to get the printer back online. ERROR messages kept popping up. He scheduled the technician, Norm to come back out on 8/14 to check the problem. He did some things on my computer while I was at the front of my business, then he said my printer was simply unplugged! I know this to be untrue because I pressed the GO button on my printer the previous night & the green light was on!  Nevertheless, my printer was working again.  At this point, he started texting back & forth with his boss then pulled out his invoice sheet. He wrote me an invoice for $18, saying that the owner was going to charge me the $96 minimum....I WAS IRRATE TO SAY THE LEAST!  He said that this doesn't even cover the gas money for his trips here!  Not only was I charged $50 for the previous job, but he wants gas money to come do something as simple as he said it was!  GAS MONEY SERIOUSLY?  I gave him a $20 & told him to keep the change. He called his boss & said there would be no charge...I told him to take the $20 & get the hell out & that I would NEVER do business with their company again!
