One Day Paint And Body ripped off twice- money and personal belongings Las Vegas Nevada
we took our car to get painted at one day paint and body, we paid $1100 for paint and minor body work. after 2 weeks we went to pick up car and paint was not the correct color. two weeks later went to pick up car paint job had huge swirl marks from the buffer machine. two weeks later picked up car took home , husband started to jack up car to put his rims back on and body work was never done on drivers side door. returned car .
two weeks later went to pick up and they fixed the door but only repainted half the door making it two different shades. one week later still not being a great job , having a black spot on the front , we took the car home fed up of waiting, and settling for less then what we expected after about two months. my husband then goes to put the chrome back on his show car and finds out the amplifier had been stolen out of the trunk and covered up so we would not notice when we picked up the vehicle.
we have filed a police report and intend on taking them to small claims court. also we paid $1100 and they only provided us a receipt that showed $526. good thing we put it on our credit card what will they say in court to that.what happened to the other $574? probably in the guys pocket who took the amplifier so he could get a stereo. oh but why buy a stereo when they could just still it from the next customer.
