Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I listed my truck for sale on Craigs list and e-bay,One Stop Motors contacted me offering to sell my truck for me by listing it in several automotive sales listing, offering financing, shipping warranty etc. to prospective buyers, all for a fee of $499,if the truck did not sell in 180 days a full refund was promised, the truck did not sell, once I applied for a refund, the refund aplication was denied because a "Advertising agreement" had not been signed, and the pictures I had sent in were not properly posted,as per the agreement, bottom line is the refund might be attainable IF you follow the advertising agreement to the letter, and also sign the agreement and send back to them, but they don't tell you all this until it is to late, also their advertising is no where near what they claim to do,and everything they do,can be done on your own,I would not advise doing business with this company, their number one intention is to take your money.

One Stop Motors is committed to providing aggressive and effective advertising for all of its' customers. In most cases, we are able to assist both buyers and sellers throughout the entire purchase transaction. We offer fraud protection for buyers, financing and shipping for buyers, and can assist with the successful transfer of title between both parties. In July of 2009, One Stop Motors decided to offer a Money Back Guarantee in the event the vehicle did not sell within 180 days. For most sellers of OSM, the policy was irrelevant because their vehicle sold well before this date. For those that did not successfully sell their vehicle, they had the option of either requesting a refund or continuing the advertising. As with any policy, it did come with eligibility limitations and restrictions that we required in order to be considered eligible for the money back guarantee. These conditions, clearly posted within the home page of OneStopMotors.com, are available to be viewed by all existing and potential customers. As of April, 2010, OSM discontinued the money back guarantee, but will still honor it for those that signed up for the Platinum Package prior to April 27, 2010. The terms and conditions are still available and can be viewed by logging into the customer account area. OSM recognizes that in order to provide a complete service to its' customers, the vehicle must be listed until sold. For this reason, any person that did not meet the requirements of the refund is welcome to contact OSM customer service to continue the advertising. Not only will we continue to list it for sale, we will personally work with the seller to develop a new marketing strategy. We will not be satisfied until every vehicle on our site is sold! All current sellers advertising their vehicles with OSM are guaranteed to have the marketing continue until it is sold. This is truly a benefit that One Stop customers appreciate. To discuss this with One Stop Motors directly, please feel free to call 877-566-6686 Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm PST. Our friendly customer service representatives are more than happy to assist you.

An internet search says it all..

I always do an internet search before I do business with any company I am not familiar with.

A simple internet search of "one stop motors rip off" will let you know how this company conducts business.

Regardless. If I am the one selling a vehicle, I certainly am not going to give ANYONE a cut until the vehicle actually sells. Yes, they promised a guarantee..but really now..what were you thinking? Why didn't you just list it on ebay motors if you had any problems selling it locally yourself?
