Facts:
Had walk through of house with owner of One Stop Moving company-was given an estimate to move-$700 to include wrapping furniture and moving 2 appliances.
Movers showed up one hour late.
Was told there was an extra $100 fee for wrapping
Movers would not give me a receipt or copy of contract after I signed it (that day)
Owner would not answer multiple (approx. 10) phone calls or talk to us about issues.
When he did finally talk to us-he hung up on us multiple times
Owner tried to charge additional $200 for moving services
Owner instructed his movers to "charge additional $35 for wasting his time arguing about this or 'drop their stuff on the front lawn"
Movers did not wrap all furniture as paid for-see pic
Movers did not finish job-left 20% of our house unmoved
Owner told us a move is 8 hours of labor, we received 7 hours, when we told him that, he hung up on us!! When we asked him for the contract- he would not give us a copy!
