One Ticket Stop charged me $294.00 for two Tina Turner tickets that they paid $59.50 for plus $15.00 for shipping, they could have used regular mail for much less, plus $52.92 for handling, handling what? I don't understand how I got on their web site when I was trying to buy from Ticketmaster.I feel highjacked and taken advantage of $361.92 for 2 Tina Turner tickets that cost One Ticket Stop $119.00.

Carolyn, You purchased tickets from a ticket brokerage and your accusations that you were "highjacked" and brought to us are completely false. In fact if you visit our website you will see our name "One Ticket Stop" pasted all over and on every page that you click on. In fact, before you complete the order, you have to agree to our Terms and Policies which clearly indicate that in most cases our tickets are sold above face value and that prices are dictated by supply and demand. You mention that you were charged $294 for two tickets but I ask, isn't that what you agreed to pay at the time of checkout? Of course it is, and the same applies to the shipping and handling you were charged. You paid $15 for shipping because that is how much it costs us to ship you a FedEx Express 2-Day delivery envelope, if you do not belive that I suggest you try sending a package and see how much you get charged. We can't use the postal service because we need to be able to track our packages for security purposes. The U.S. Postal Service is not as reliable as FedEx. We are sorry you feel this way, but we would appreciate it if you stop making false accusations regarding our company because as you might be well aware that is considered defamation and is punishable under the law. Thank you.
