Placed an order with onevolution.co.uk on the 29th October 2012.

Progress chased by email on 22/11/2012, as goods not delivered and no communication from supplier to indicate a problem.

No reply until I sent a further email on 27th November threatening to recover my money. At this point they said 'they have sent an urgent request to their despatch team to locate the parcel'

No further communication from supplier as at 7th December, at which point I emailed onevolution.co.uk to state I will be recovering my money.

Do not use this supplier under any circumstances. Appalling customer service, non delivery, very poor communication.

Don't waste your money, go elsewhere!
