On 3/27/15 supposedly for the cost of shipping, $7.95. During the order, other offers started popping up, all of which I declined. Suddenly, I started receiveng emails thanking me for ordering everythng!

Thank you for ordering 2 LED leashes at $9.95. Thank you for ordering Dog Food Secrets for $27.00. I immediately contacted the company and demanded they stop the extra orders. On 3/30/15 I had to email them again as they had charged my account for EVERYTHING!

They finally did remove the charges for the leashes and dog food secrets, but collars and no refund. Here's the email I finally received on MAY 13

I apologize for the lack of communication on our end. I've checked our system and see that your order was effected by an error made by our shipping company. We have since found a new shipping provider and have submitted your order to be reshipped to you correctly. Our shipping provider estimates you should receive your order by the 28th of this month. As this just an estimate, it may arrive a few days before or after that.

Again, I apologize for the lack of communication on our end, please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help.

7/7 and 7/10 I sent more emails. Nothing more from them since last June.
